The Sherpa platform will be undergoing scheduled system maintenance between 11pm on Wednesday, 9 September 2020 and 2am on Thursday, 10 September 2020 (AEST).
We will be using this time to make improvements to our infrastructure and ensure our systems are performing at optimal efficiency.
You may lose access to the Sherpa production server (https://deliveries.sherpa.net.au/) during this maintenance window. All operations around the platform, including delivery creation and updates, will resume as per usual from 2am onwards.
If you have IP whitelisting set up, you will need to refresh it to include the following IP addresses: 34.102.217.213 35.244.102.49
